DentaCheques Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase DentaCheques?

On the homepage, click “Order Now”

Select your preferred dealer for your discount package, or if your office does not have one select “No dealer preference”

Input your contact and billing information. All major credit cards are accepted.

Once your package is purchased, you will be directed to the offer redemption page to begin saving on your routine purchases!

Can I still buy a printed version of DentaCheques?

Printed DentaCheques are no longer available.

What is the difference between the dealer packages?

All the discounts are the same across the packages

The difference between each package is the “preferred dealer discounts”.

Selecting your preferred dealer provides six coupons providing $20 in credit to dealer invoices of $300 or more.

How do I redeem my offers?

Find the offer you would like to redeem

Fill out the form for that offer

For Dealer Discount and Product Rebate offers:

Provide a copy of your invoice and proof of purchase at redemption and the dealer/product manufacturer will directly provide credit.

For MEGAsamples:
Click: Place an order – we use the same information you provided to create your profile for the redemption process.

The manufacturer/dealer will provide the MEGAsamples.

Can I buy two or more packages?

Currently, the website is not set up to have more than one of the same dealer packages registered to one account

You may purchase a package with different dealers

How do I reset my password?

If you don’t remember your password and already have an account:
On the login page, click “Lost your password?” and follow the prompts.

You will receive an email message with a reset link. If the email does not show up within 5-10 minutes, check your spam folder.

Use the link to create a new password for your account.

I know my password but want to change it. How do I change it?

Log in to DentaCheques.

On the left column on the welcome page, click “Account Details”

You may change your password from the menu – click “Save Changes” to confirm the change.
